- Comfortable and pleasant places to stay and relax.
- Equipment in perfect working condition.
- Public notices of safety and evacuation procedures.
- With particular attention to green spaces, vegetation, outdoor areas as well as efforts to conserve water and energy.
- The promotion of local heritage through promoting and offering local products and sightseeing opportunities local products and local tourist attractions (culinary, craft, cultural, natural, etc.).
The National Repository of Quality Tourism elaborates all the standards and commitments to be the respected by the industry.
